We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Our products are produced for each order individually. In case of quality issues like misprints, damaged fabric, etc., your order will be either fully reimbursed or we send you a better one (whichever you like). As your order is produced specifically for you, we cannot reimburse your cost in case of a non-fitting size or color (unless we sent you the wrong one of course).
To start a return, you can contact us at info@groovygarms.com. In most cases, a picture of the issue will suffice.
In case the items does need to be sent back, and if your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Products are individually printed and sent from Germany. Production takes about 2-3 working days and are then sent immediately. Within Europe, sending takes about 2-3 working days, so you'll have your shipment in about a week!
