Immediately after your order has been placed, your product will be produced exclusively for you and shipped within two working days. Thus you will not only receive your unique product in a very short time, but we also protect the environment, as we produce our products exclusively to order.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Our products are produced for each order individually. In case of quality issues like misprints, damaged fabric, etc., your order will be either fully reimbursed or we send you a better one (whichever you like). As your order is produced specifically for you, we cannot reimburse your cost in case of a non-fitting size or color (unless we sent you the wrong one of course). 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@groovygarms.com. In most cases, a picture of the issue will suffice.

In case the items does need to be sent back, and if your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping

Products are individually printed and sent from Germany. Production takes about 2-3 working days and are then sent immediately. Within Europe, sending takes about 2-3 working days, so you'll have your shipment in about a week!
